As we continue to expand our digital ecosystem and enhance operational excellence, we are seeking a visionary and strategic Vice President of Product Management to lead a high-performing team of technical product managers and database engineers in delivering exceptional value through enterprise-wide systems and solutions. to their team.
As the VP of Product Management your primary responsibilities include:.
- Define and own the product strategy for enterprise applications and technical solutions in alignment with Bozzuto’s business goals
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Customer Experience, Technology, and Data teams to ensure impactful product delivery and measurable value
- Oversee the roadmap, implementation, integration, and optimization of systems including PMS, CRM, middleware, and data platforms.
- Champion Agile and user-centered design practices, enabling teams to iterate quickly and effectively based on feedback and performance insights
- Serve as a strategic advisor and SME on multifamily technology, guiding internal partners through complex system decisions, scalability concerns, and innovation planning.
- Establish clear performance metrics (KPIs/OKRs) to track adoption, performance, and ROI of digital products and platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field -OR- equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in product management with increasing leadership responsibility, ideally within real estate, proptech, or enterprise SaaS environments
- Proven experience managing and mentoring product management teams and technical contributors.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in system integrations, product lifecycle management, and customer-focused innovation.
- Deep knowledge of multifamily housing technologies and CRM ecosystems (e.g., Yardi, RENTCafe CRM, Salesforce).
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Passion for building scalable solutions that drive business transformation and exceptional customer experiences.
Salary Range
$150,000—$200,000 USD
