Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will directly lead a team of Product Managers focused on optimizing the member journey, from acquisition to engagement and recovery. Your primary focus will be driving growth initiatives, but you will also oversee key aspects of the core member experience and ensure that foundational product features align with and support growth objectives. You will work cross-functionally to identify and drive growth opportunities across the member funnel, and shape both growth initiatives and core product initiatives to delight our members, drive engagement, and deliver value to our customers. 

You will be responsible for defining, building, and executing the strategy to improve and optimize the member experience, with a strong focus on driving key metrics related to member acquisition, engagement, retention, and outcomes. This is a full time, hybrid position based in New York City (in office 2-3 days per week).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to prioritize and deliver high-impact growth initiatives that drive meaningful outcomes for our members.
  • Manage a high-performing product team through effective leadership, feedback, and a focus on innovation, experimentation, collaboration, and accountability
  • Champion a culture of innovation and experimentation — creating space for bold ideas, fast learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement across your teams.
  • Own and evolve the Member Experience roadmap, ensuring it aligns with Spring Health’s broader product vision and strategic priorities, balancing conversion-focused growth initiatives with experiences that delight, empower, and heal.
  • Collaborate deeply with partners across Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Analytics to understand every aspect of the member journey — identifying opportunities to optimize funnel performance and deliver lasting value.
  • Leverage insights from data, customer feedback, and emerging technology trends to shape your strategy, prioritize bets, and scale what works.
  • Design, launch, and iterate on rapid experiments to uncover new pathways for growth, engagement, and loyalty — always keeping the member at the heart of every decision.
  • Define, monitor, and improve key metrics (KPIs) that signal the health and success of the member experience — and use these insights to guide your teams with transparency and purpose.
  • Contribute meaningfully to the Member Experience leadership team, influencing our collective product strategy and fostering a team environment grounded in trust, learning, and mission alignment.

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 9+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital health or b2b2c environments
  • Deep expertise in growth product management, funnel optimization, experimentation, and data-driven product decision-making, with a proven track record of optimizing and growing consumer-facing products and services
  • 5+ years managing high-performing product teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on driving measurable results
  • Self-starter with a strong bias to action and the ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including leading cross-functional growth initiatives and crafting compelling narratives for stakeholders, including executive leadership, customers, and partners
  • Demonstrated commitment to cultivating an environment of safety, trust, and inclusion and building diverse, thriving teams

The target base salary range for this position is $254,400 - $339,200, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
