OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY

Fox Corporation

Under the FOX banner, we produce and distribute content through some of the world’s leading and most valued brands, including: FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations and Tubi Media Group. We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The FOX direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform is a new, forward-looking initiative within Tubi Media Group that brings FOX’s unparalleled content portfolio—news, sports, and entertainment—directly to consumers via an innovative subscription streaming service.

Driven by a highly experienced leadership team with extensive backgrounds at the intersections of media, technology, streaming, and content—and built with the full support of Fox Corporation—this venture combines entrepreneurial energy with deep media expertise. Our vision is to create a unified, modern viewing experience that puts the consumer first—seamlessly integrating live and on-demand content across platforms.

At the intersection of cutting-edge technology and trusted storytelling, this is an opportunity to shape the future of streaming at one of the most pivotal moments in media. We’re assembling a world-class team to deliver on that vision—and we’re just getting started.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Vice President, Product Operations, you will lead and evolve the operational engine of FOX One, our multi-brand streaming platform. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving strategic alignment, scaling executional processes, and ensuring consistent delivery across all product lines.

You’ll oversee cross-functional planning, governance, and communication systems that accelerate decision-making and keep our rapidly growing product organization focused and accountable.

You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and Executive teams to align vision, resources, and execution strategy across a complex and fast-moving ecosystem. You will be instrumental in scaling how we plan, operate, and communicate across product lifecycle stages—from roadmap to release.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and evolve the strategic planning and operating rhythms for product organization.

  • Drive executive-level product reviews, roadmap alignment, and quarterly/annual planning cycles.

  • Design and implement scalable processes for product prioritization, resource planning, and cross-functional execution.

  • Define and institutionalize product operations best practices, workflows, and documentation standards across teams.

  • Lead operational alignment, reporting and communication with senior executives to ensure clarity of goals, progress, and dependencies for strategic theme and roadmap initiatives.

  • Manage cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Business, and Analytics teams to streamline execution.

  • Build and mentor a high-performing product operations function to support our rapid scale and growth.

  • Act as a thought partner to Product leadership, driving efficiency and rigor across all touchpoints of product development.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Proven leadership experience in product operations, program management, or business operations in a technology-driven organization.

  • Experience building and scaling product operations functions in fast-paced environments (e.g., media, streaming, or consumer tech).

  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle, agile development methodologies, and cross-functional coordination at scale.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a strong ability to manage up and across.

  • Strong data literacy and experience building reporting and KPI frameworks for product performance.

  • Executive communication skills and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, strategic narratives.

  • High comfort navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and influencing decisions across functions and seniority levels.

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Prior experience operating in a high-growth DTC subscription environment.

  • Familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Airtable, Confluence, and business intelligence platforms such as Looker or Tableau.

  • Exposure to startup or scaling-stage operational challenges and frameworks.
