VP of Product

We are looking for a VP of Product to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of technology, business, and customer experience — driving innovation while ensuring our products meet the highest standards of compliance, scalability, and impact.

A Day in the Life of a VP of Product

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle across multiple lending offerings (e.g., installment loan, revenue advance and line of credit).
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring alignment with company OKRs and go-to-market strategy.
• Partner with engineering, risk, and data teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and performant products.
• Define and monitor key product KPIs (adoption, revenue contribution, retention, NPS) and drive continuous improvement.
• Translate complex financial, regulatory, and technical concepts into simple customer value propositions.
• Represent the product function in executive discussions, board reviews, and cross-functional planning cycles.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, with at least 3 in leadership roles at fintech or financial services companies.
• Proven success scaling B2B or B2C financial products in regulated environments.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working with modern product and growth frameworks (OKRs, product discovery, metrics-driven iteration)

Competitive Base Salary- $185K - $200K based on experience
