Overview

The VP, Publisher Client Services - NA leads the North American PCS organization and is accountable for regional revenue performance, strategic publisher partnerships, and operational excellence. This executive role defines and executes the vision for PCS, ensuring alignment with company objectives while building a high-performing, scalable organization positioned for long-term growth.

As the regional functional leader, this role partners closely with Sales, Demand, Operations, Product, and International stakeholders to ensure North America consistently exceeds revenue and operational targets. The VP brings deep market awareness, across performance trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities,  and translates those insights into strategic direction for the organization.

This is an opportunity for a transformational leader to shape how PCS operates at scale, influence product and commercial strategy, and build a best-in-class client services organization that drives sustainable marketplace growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale the North American PCS organization, setting priorities and clear accountability across teams
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive regional revenue attainment and business performance
  • Establish and execute regional strategy aligned to company objectives
  • Maintain visibility into wins, risks, and opportunities; proactively adapt organizational focus accordingly
  • Drive tight cross-functional alignment with Demand, Operations, Sales, and Product
  • Contribute to product roadmap decisions and advocate for tools and resources that elevate PCS performance
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team; oversee hiring and succession planning
  • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic publisher relationships and represent North America within executive forums
Education & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic, or publisher monetization
  • 5+ years leading client services, account management, or revenue-focused teams
  • Demonstrated success driving regional revenue performance and operational excellence
  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into scalable execution
US Jobs: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the TripleLift US salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of TripleLift’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
Pay is based on various non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, and skills.

$220,000$240,000 USD
