About The Role

We are hiring a VP of Sales based in our New York City office. In this role, you’ll own revenue growth across both B2C and B2B business lines.  Leading the consumer sales funnel and the advisor-facing sales and account management teams that expand adoption of the Zoe Platform. You’ll lead, build, and scale a +10-person team today into a 20+ person org within a year.

This role requires a strategic, data-driven sales leader who has scaled multi-motion organizations in the 8th figures in ARR. Someone who can balance short term execution with long term systems building.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will...

  • Drive impact. Set direction and own execution for all sales initiatives across Marketplace and Platform, including pipeline management, forecasting, and sales operations.
  • Scale the flywheel. Architect and scale Zoe’s sales organization—building processes, compensation structures, and enablement programs that drive predictable growth.
  • Build and coach teams. Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing business-development, consumer-sales, and account-management teams.
  • Drive adoption and expansion. Partner closely with the VP of Marketing to ensure pipeline creation and lead quality align with revenue targets.
  • Create leverage through systems. Implement data-driven frameworks, CRM discipline, and dashboards that turn insights into measurable results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with the CEO, VP of Product, VP of Marketing, VP of Finance and Head of Bus Ops to align GTM strategy, pricing, and client experience.
  • Model leadership. Set the tone for urgency, ownership, and accountability across the revenue org.

We’re Excited About You Because:

  • You are a strong coach and culture builder. You elevate standards while retaining urgency and ownership.
  • You’re a systems thinker who scales revenue through structure, not heroics.
  • You’ve built or scaled sales organizations in high-growth, multi-product environments.
  • You thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, driving clarity across complex GTM motions.

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience selling to RIAs or wealth management firms — ideally from fintech, investment management, custody, or digital asset platforms.
  • Proven track record of scaling 8 figure revenues leading multiple sales teams
  • Deep experience managing multiple GTM motions
  • Analytical, fluent in CAC/LTV, sales efficiency, and pipeline velocity

Benefits:

  • Estimated OTE Range: $340,000 to $420,000 (Base + Bonus + equity), depending on experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.
  • Healthcare, Dental & Vision Coverage.
  • Commuting & Gym benefits.
  • 401(K).
  • Opportunity to shape the culture of a fast-growing company as an early team member.
  • 20 days PTO.
  • Breakfast provided on Tuesdays, Lunch provided on Fridays.
