Job Summary:
As a Small Business Card Product Manager in the Chase Card Services Small Business Card team, you help drive the strategy and management of our rewards card portfolio. You work closely with partners across analytics, marketing, product, design, and finance to identify opportunities and deliver value to our customers. You analyze portfolio metrics, optimize product features, and influence decisions that enhance customer engagement and business performance. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 10+ years in financial product management, with credit card experience
- Bachelor's degree required
