About HSI
HSI is a fast-growing SaaS company helping organizations simplify safety, compliance, and workforce management. Our solutions enable businesses to keep their people safe, trained, and compliant — all in one place.

We’re seeking a VP of Strategic Alliances to build and scale our global consulting-partnership ecosystem. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role responsible for creating long-term enterprise value through relationships with large consulting firms, mid-sized EHS advisory groups, and systems integrators.

You will lead the creation of HSI’s consulting-led alliance strategy—building new programs from scratch, establishing high-value consulting partnerships, and developing scalable initiatives that expand our enterprise footprint within the EHS and workforce compliance market.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and execute HSI’s consulting-led strategic alliance program, focused primarily on North America with selective expansion across EMEA and APAC.
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle – identify, evaluate, and develop new relationships with large and mid-sized consulting firms, EHS advisory firms, and systems integrators.
  • Negotiate and structure consulting partnership agreements that extend HSI’s enterprise footprint and influence long-term growth.
  • Develop joint go-to-market and co-selling initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and Sales to drive partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Position HSI’s SaaS platform as a trusted solution for consulting partners serving enterprise clients across EHS, compliance, and workforce development.
  • Develop enablement frameworks, activation plans, partner value propositions, and co-selling motions tailored to consulting ecosystems.
  • Measure partner performance using data-driven insights, and optimize engagement strategies to increase predictability, scalability, and revenue impact.
  • Build the operational foundation of the partner program, including governance models, partner processes, and scalable enablement resources that support long-term alliance maturity.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership — including the CRO, Sales, Product, and Marketing — to ensure alliance strategy aligns with global growth objectives.
  • Lay the foundation for future team expansion, with the opportunity to manage and develop alliance and reseller personnel as the program matures.
  • Represent HSI at partner meetings, industry events, and consulting ecosystem forums to deepen relationships and expand visibility.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances within SaaS or technology, with a strong focus on consulting-led partnership models.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling enterprise partnerships through consulting firms, advisory groups, or systems integrators — not direct enterprise sales or pure reseller channels.
  • Proven ability to design and execute long-term alliance strategies with multi-year ramp cycles, including partner activation, co-selling motions, and joint value propositions.
  • Experience creating partnership programs from the ground up, including frameworks, governance models, enablement resources, and operating processes.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities with senior leaders inside global or regional consulting organizations.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to build, mentor, and scale a team as the alliance function grows.
  • Strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset with the willingness to operate hands-on during early-stage program development.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; capable of influencing executive stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and the broader GTM organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience); MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for partner meetings, industry events, and internal planning sessions.

Benefits
  • Be part of an established SaaS organization entering an exciting phase of accelerated growth and market expansion.
  • Lead the evolution of HSI’s alliances strategy, building enterprise partnerships that complement our existing partner ecosystem and accelerate market reach.
  • Work directly with the CRO and senior leadership team to define and execute high-impact partnership and go-to-market strategies.
  • Grow into a leadership role with future responsibility for a dedicated partnerships and channel team as the department scales.
  • Enjoy a competitive compensation structure, including commission tied to partnership performance and comprehensive employee benefits.
  • Join a collaborative culture where innovation, accountability, and entrepreneurial thinking are encouraged at every level.
