As VP, Strategic Partnerships, reporting to the SVP of Global Alliances & Channels, you will define and lead the company’s global partner strategy, owning the vision, investment priorities, and operating model required to accelerate growth through a best-in-class partner ecosystem.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will operate as a key member of the extended executive leadership team, partnering closely with senior leaders across sales, marketing, product, finance, and operations to shape company-wide strategy, influence investment decisions, and deliver outsized business outcomes.

You will bring an enterprise mindset, strong executive presence, and a track record of scaling high-impact partner ecosystems in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

You will play a defining role in how enterprises worldwide adopt Agentic Process Automation, driving durable competitive advantage through a differentiated, global partner strategy.

Location: San Jose, CA or remote within the U.S.

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Defining and leading the global partner strategy, including segment prioritization, ecosystem design, and long-term growth roadmap aligned to company objectives

  • Owning the end-to-end partner ecosystem P&L contribution, including sourced and influenced revenue, pipeline generation, and partner-led expansion

  • Scaling and leading a high-performing global organization, including regional and functional leaders across partner programs, strategy, experience, incentives, and planning

  • Establishing executive-level relationships with strategic partners, driving joint business planning, co-innovation, and long-term value creation

  • Driving cross-functional alignment at the executive level, influencing product strategy, GTM motions, and investment prioritization to maximize partner impact

  • Evolving the global partner program framework, including tiering, benefits, incentives, and engagement models to drive partner investment and growth

  • Overseeing partner lifecycle excellence, ensuring scalable, best-in-class processes across recruiting, onboarding, enablement, co-selling, and partner management

  • Serving as a key executive liaison to senior leadership and the board (as needed), providing strategic insights and performance visibility into the partner business

  • Building advanced analytics and operating rigor, including forecasting, performance management, and executive reporting on partner-driven revenue and ROI

  • Driving global GTM readiness through partners, aligning closely with field sales, marketing, and enablement to ensure successful partner-led execution

  • Owning and scaling the partner technology ecosystem, including PRM, integrations with Salesforce, and data infrastructure to support global scale

  • Leading complex strategic partnership negotiations, including commercial frameworks, pricing programs, and governance in partnership with legal and finance

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • 15+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or ecosystem leadership within enterprise technology companies

  • Demonstrated success operating at the VP or equivalent executive level, with broad global scope and P&L accountability

  • Proven track record of building and scaling global partner ecosystems that drive meaningful revenue impact

  • Strong experience influencing executive stakeholders and cross-functional leadership teams, including product and GTM organizations

  • Deep expertise in partner strategy, ecosystem design, and operating models at scale

  • Experience managing multi-layered global teams and senior leaders, with a focus on performance, accountability, and growth

  • Familiarity with partner management and revenue systems (e.g., Salesforce, PRM tools such as Vartopia, Crossbeam, etc.), with an emphasis on data-driven decision making

  • Preferred: blend of technical, consulting, and operational leadership experience in high-growth enterprise environments

You excel in these key competencies:

  • Executive presence and influence, with the ability to shape strategy and drive alignment across C-level stakeholders

  • Strategic thinking paired with operational excellence, able to translate vision into scalable execution

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences

  • Relationship-building at the highest levels, both internally and with global partners

  • Credibility and trust-building, positioning yourself as a go-to executive for partner strategy and growth

  • Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, high-growth environments

  • Willingness to travel as needed (domestic and international)
