Early-stage B2B MarTech company seeks generalists who build and ship products across engineering, data, AI, and go-to-market. Candidates should operate in ambiguity, take ownership, collaborate closely with founders, and demonstrate shipped work via portfolios, side projects, or write-ups rather than resumes.

About Us

We're a B2B MarTech company building tools that sit at the intersection of marketing automation, AI, and data infrastructure. The founding team has been in this space as operators, not observers. We know the problems because we've lived them, and now we're building the future for marketers.

We're early, funded, and moving fast.

Why This Posting Exists

We're a small team and we know we don't have all the answers about what we need next. Some of the best hires we've seen — at our own companies and others — came from people who didn't fit a predefined box but made the team immediately better once they showed up.

If you look at what we're building and think "I could make a real dent here," we want to hear from you — even if nothing else on our jobs page matches your background.

What We're Building With

Our stack is Rails-heavy, AI-forward, and spans the full product surface: backend systems, data pipelines, LLM integrations, schema generation, browser extensions, and Chrome automation. We ship fast, stay close to customers, and make decisions with small groups and short feedback loops.

But this isn't just an engineering company. We're building a business, which means we care just as much about go-to-market, operations, design, and the dozens of unseen things that turn a product into a company.

Who We're Looking For

People who build. You've made things...products, teams, processes, content, systems. You default to doing, not theorizing. You've shipped something you're proud of, and probably a few things you're not.

People who figure it out. Early-stage means ambiguity. You're comfortable operating without a playbook, picking up new domains quickly, and filling gaps nobody asked you to fill.

People who care about craft. Whatever your discipline, you take the work seriously. You have taste, you have standards, and you want to get better.

People who make the team better. We're deliberate about culture. We value directness, humility, and people who elevate everyone around them. No jerks, no egos, no politics.

This Could Look Like
  • An engineer who doesn't quite fit our Senior SWE posting but brings something we haven't thought of

  • A growth / marketing operator who knows B2B inside out

  • A designer who can own product design end-to-end at an early stage

  • A generalist operator who's been the "figure it out" person at a startup before

  • Something else entirely — surprise us

What We Offer
  • Ground-floor equity in a venture-backed company with experienced founders

  • Competitive compensation

  • Direct access to and collaboration with the founding team

  • Real ownership over decisions, direction, and culture

  • The chance to build both a product and a company from scratch

  • A team that respects your time, your craft, and your autonomy

How to Apply

Don't send a resume. Send us something that shows how you think and what you've done: a portfolio, a side project, a write-up, a Loom, whatever tells your story best. Tell us what you'd do here and why now.
