We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wealth Management Associate (WMA) to join our team at Compound Planning, an investment advisory firm dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. The WMA will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them with inquiries, account management, and ensuring a seamless client experience. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for finance and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to accounts, investment products, and services.

  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding account balances, transactions, and investment performance.

  • Assist clients with account openings, changes, and transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Resolve client issues efficiently and effectively, escalating to management when necessary.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, investment products, and market trends to provide informed support.

  • Collaborate with the advisory team to ensure client needs are met and concerns are addressed.

  • Process and document client requests and feedback in our CRM system.

  • Assist in onboarding new clients, guiding them through initial paperwork and setup.

  • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the financial services industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Google & Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic understanding of investment products and financial markets is a plus.

  • Series 7 or Series 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
