SUMMARY

The Wealth Management Consultant (Mid Atlantic) is responsible for engaging, building and managing relationships with Tier 2 advisors in the assigned region.   We will consider the applicants in (New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia and Texas) Our primary focus for location preferred would be New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Texas. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primary owner of the Tier 2 advisor relationship working with Cetera value proposition experience throughout the advisor life cycle.
  • Responsible for developing & executing regular engagement plans and managing sales funnel / pipeline from discovery to completion. 
  • Fuel organic growth, engagement, satisfaction and retention of advisors through their adoption of Cetera growth tools, platforms and solutions. 
  • Work in collaboration with business development onboarding and sales enablement teams to ensure verified assets are realized on Cetera platform(s) within defined timeframes.
  • Actively identify and/or create opportunities to connect the Advisor with subject matter experts to drive product adoption of investment solutions, advice offerings, and Cetera platforms.
  • Ensure clear lines of support and resolution between the Advisor and other Cetera functions to ensure Advisor needs are being met through partnership with the Service Escalation Specialist.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 6 years Relationship & Sales Experience
  • Series 7, 66 (or 63 & 65) and /or 24 FINRA Licenses

Travel REQUIREMENTS

Up to 50% for Advisor Facing Engagements & Strategic Cetera Events
