We are seeking a hands-on Web & Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in HubSpot design/development, Google Ads management, and branding/graphic design. You will play a central role in building and optimizing our digital presence, supporting demand generation campaigns, and helping create Smile solution branding (logos, tradeshow assets, digital collateral).This is a highly executional role within an enterprise B2B environment. You will design, implement, and optimize HubSpot web assets and Google Ads campaigns that support multi-stakeholder, enterprise-level buyer journeys.

Please note: this role requires enterprise-level B2B digital marketing experience. Candidates with primarily boutique or small business backgrounds may not be the right fit.

Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Website & Landing Pages:
  • Design and optimize HubSpot assets that support enterprise B2B lead generation funnels, account-based marketing campaigns, and multi-persona buyer journeys
  • Customize HubSpot themes and templates to reflect evolving brand guidelines
  • Implement and track CTAs, forms, and UTM parameters for campaign attribution
  • Run A/B tests and optimize for conversion performance

  • Google Ads & Analytics:
  • Set up, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across search and display
  • Implement conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4
  • Manage campaigns with complex attribution models, long sales cycles, and large budgets
  • Align campaign tracking and reporting with enterprise KPIs such as pipeline contribution, MQL→SQL conversion, and ACV impact

  • Branding & Graphic Design:
  • Translate Smile branding into refreshed web, digital ad, and campaign assets
  • Create high-quality visuals, graphics, and layouts for web and marketing use
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and touchpoints
  • Develop campaign assets tailored to healthcare technology audiences (executives, IT, clinicians, payers, regulators)
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on brand rollout
  • Maintain repository of brand approved graphic designs for organizational-wide use

  • Reporting & Optimization:
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for website, campaigns, and ads to track performance, conversion metrics, and ROI
  • Recommend improvements to increase engagement and lead generation
  • Monitor and address website issues including broken links, redirects, performance, security, and compliance
  • Additional Responsibilities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and adapt strategies to align with market shifts.
  • Develop a working understanding of Smile Digital Health’s value proposition, target industries, target personas, and solutions.
  • Comply with the privacy, security and confidentiality policies. 
  • Hold all confidential information in trust and strict confidence and ensure that it shall be used only for the purposes required to fulfill employment obligations, and shall not be used for any other purpose, or disclosed to any third party. A breach of policy or misuse of information could result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years related experience in enterprise B2B digital marketing roles (Healthcare technology experience strongly preferred.) 
  • Proven expertise in building and optimizing HubSpot websites/landing pages for enterprise audiences, with examples of lead gen or demand gen programs
  • Experience managing Google Ads campaigns with significant budgets and long B2B sales cycles
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise-level web design and branding projects highlighting strong graphic design skills
  • Deep understanding of multi-stakeholder buyer journeys (procurement, IT, clinical, and business audiences) and how to design digital assets that address them
  • Proficiency with analytics tools, e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
  • Natural collaborator with strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Excellent creative problem-solving and analytical abilities with a focus on business growth. 
  • Superior research skills and ability to understand technical concepts and information to translate complex ideas into client-friendly language.
  • Exceptional project management and organization skills.
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in marketing, business, management,  or a related field of study and/or equivalent working experience.
