About Peec AI

Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.

We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, past $10M ARR, with a 80+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our new New York office.

About the role

We’re looking for a Web Experience Lead to own and shape the Peec AI website as a core part of our product and growth engine. In this role, you’ll oversee the entire web experience, from structure and UX to messaging, design quality, and performance, ensuring the site clearly communicates our product and converts visitors into engaged users. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Design to continuously improve key journeys across the site, drive organic traffic through strong SEO foundations, and build a world-class web presence that reflects the quality and ambition of the Peec AI product.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the Peec website end-to-end, shaping how the world experiences Peec from first impression to product signup

  • Oversee all of our web presence, orchestrating structure, UX, design quality, messaging, and performance

  • Increase organic traffic growth through SEO foundations, site structure, and content architecture

  • Lead continuous iteration across key journeys: homepage, product pages, pricing, blog/docs, and landing pages

  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Design to ensure the website reflects Peec’s product quality and narrative

  • Manage and coordinate designers and collaborators with high taste and clear direction

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience owning and evolving a website at a high-growth B2B SaaS company with a strong design bar

  • Strong product and UX sensibility - you care deeply about navigation, clarity, storytelling, and user experience

  • Comfort working hands-on in modern CMS and web tooling ecosystems (Webflow, Framer, headless setups, or similar)

  • Experience with CRO, experimentation, analytics, and performance marketing-driven landing page workflows

  • High taste and strong judgment - you know what good looks like and enforce high quality standards

  • High ownership and proactive execution - you ship, iterate, and continuously raise the bar

Bonus Points
  • Experience at companies known for exceptional web and product craft (e.g., Framer, Raycast, Linear, Notion)

  • Strong product marketing instincts, translating positioning into world-class product pages

  • Experience building scalable landing page systems for growth teams

  • Background working with designers and agencies while maintaining strong internal direction

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside

  • Comprehensive benefits package

  • Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment

  • Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category
