Responsibilities:
- Preparation of regular and ad-hoc reporting for product, marketing, and commercial teams.
- Reporting on aggregated and raw data from various sources (GA4, BigQuery, Yandex.Metrica, etc.).
- Analysis of user behavior on web and mobile products.
- Support and participation in the development of end-to-end analytics (end-to-end tracking).
- Building visualizations and dashboards tailored to the needs of various stakeholders.
- Participation in the analysis and interpretation of A/B test results.
- Integration and use of analytics system APIs in reporting.
- Automation of analytical tasks, reporting, and alerting.
- Working with Jira / Confluence.
- Maintaining documentation for analytics metrics, dashboards, and data structures.
- Data verification and quality control (data validation, sanity checks).
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Confident use of the interface, building custom reports, strong understanding of GA4 structure and approaches to solving business problems.
- Google BigQuery: Writing medium to complex SQL queries, effective work with large volumes of data.
- Looker Studio or other BI tools: Solid experience in creating clear and functional dashboards; experience with Tableau is a plus.
- Google Sheets: Exporting data from analytics systems, building structured and easy-to-read tables.
- Yandex.Metrica: Experience analyzing user behavior, working with built-in tools (WebVisor, Click HeatMap, etc.).
- Mobile Analytics: Experience with at least one of the following — Firebase, Amplitude, Appsflyer, AppMetrica (or equivalents).
- Analytics System APIs: Experience working with APIs (GA4, AppMetrica, Amplitude, Appsflyer, etc.).
- Experience in product analytics.
- A/B Testing: Planning, execution, and result analysis.
