The role requires strong strategic thinking paired with precise, day-to-day execution, working closely with PR, Content, Events, Marketing, and Growth teams to deliver a unified go-to-market presence.

Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute platform-specific social strategies aligned to each client’s positioning, audience, and objectives.

    • Write clear, concise, and context-aware social content across formats and tones – announcements, threads, explainers, news reactions, and technical content.

    • Maintain an active understanding of the crypto and emerging tech landscape, tracking narratives, shifts, competitors, and opportunities.

    • Own daily social operations: scheduling, posting, real-time engagement, and maintaining a consistent publishing cadence.

    • Collaborate with PR, Content, and Growth teams to ensure social is aligned with larger campaigns and product timelines.

    • Use analytics and platform data to identify opportunities, refine strategy, and measure efficacy.

    • Plan and run social-native activations such as Spaces, AMAs, giveaways, and other campaign formats.

    • Ensure all content maintains consistent messaging, tone, and brand alignment across platforms.

Requirements

    • 3+ years running brand social accounts, ideally in crypto, AI, or emerging tech.

    • Strong, adaptable copywriting across formats: announcements, threads, explainers, reactions, long-form summaries.

    • A deep passion for crypto and active engagement in on-chain communities.

    • Ability to assess a brand’s social health using audits, competitor mapping, and data.

    • Clear understanding of how narratives move through X, LinkedIn, Farcaster, and onchain communities.

    • Experience planning and executing multi-week social pipelines tied to product, PR, or marketing roadmaps.

    • Familiarity with internet culture and the ability to use it without relying on gimmicks.

    • Competence in lightweight multimedia creation (graphics, templates, short-form video, or AI tools).

    • Ability to break down complex technical topics into simple, platform-native content.

    • Strong organizational skills: managing multiple clients, maintaining consistent cadence, and hitting deadlines.

    • Comfortable working cross-functionally with PR, Content, Creative, Growth, and internal client teams.
Operates well in a fast-paced, agency environment with a solutions-driven environment.

Bonus Skills

  • Advanced use of AI tools in writing, research, or asset generation.
  • Experience working with founder-led accounts or leadership profiles.
  • Strong eye for design or brand systems.
  • Familiarity with large-agency campaign processes and creative discipline.

  • 401k (US Only)
  • Health Insurance (US Only)
  • Remote Work Environment
  • Flexible PTO
  • Parental Leave
