We’re expanding our Acquisition team with a dedicated Website Growth Manager to own and scale how our public-facing websites and landing pages drive signups and trials through non-paid channels, and partner with paid acquisition to support landing page experimentation and optimization.
This role is designed for a hands-on operator who excels at identifying new on-site acquisition opportunities, translating insights into execution, and improving acquisition performance through iteration, experimentation, and scaling what works. The role ensures that website-driven acquisition is proactive and systematic, not ad hoc or reactive, and that new ideas are tested, refined, and improved with rigor.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a test-and-learn environment, partners closely with Marketing, Data, and Product teams, and brings discipline to hypothesis development, execution, and performance reporting.

- Share experiment roadmaps, idea backlogs, and learnings with cross-functional partners to inform future work.
- Establish and maintain documentation for acquisition experiments, learnings, and best practices.
- Build repeatable processes for intake, prioritization, execution, and reporting.
- Contribute to improving tools, workflows, and quality standards for ongoing web acquisition efforts.
- Support broader experimentation capability by sharing learnings, patterns, and guidance with partners across the organization.
- 3–5 years experience optimizing high-volume, top-of-funnel website experiences with significant traffic and experiment velocity.
- Strong understanding of experimentation principles and performance analysis, with demonstrated experience driving high-impact improvements in acquisition and conversion performance.
- Experience designing and running experiments using common experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, or similar tools).
- Comfort working with analytics tools such as GA4 or similar platforms.
- Experience working in SaaS, freemium, or self-serve, product-led growth environments.
- Detail-oriented with strong QA instincts.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communicator who can translate data into insights and recommendations.
- Experience launching new website acquisition mechanics beyond basic page optimization.
- Familiarity with acquisition funnels and activation metrics.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or CMS workflows.
- New web acquisition initiatives are launched consistently and evaluated with clear metrics.
