Support the Senior Marketing Manager – Wholesale with planning and executing wholesale marketing initiatives across US and Canadian partners. Maintain project trackers, prepare presentations and reports, organize marketing assets, assist with campaign and packaging coordination, support sample and kit management, and provide general team and cross-functional support for seasonal launches and promotions.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Wholesale Marketing Intern will support the Senior Marketing Manager – Wholesale in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across key US and Canadian wholesale partners, including Sephora, Amazon, Nordstrom, and Ulta.
This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in wholesale marketing, project management, retail marketing, and the beauty industry. The Intern will assist with coordinating marketing deliverables, tracking project timelines, preparing presentations and reports, organizing marketing assets, and supporting seasonal launches, promotions, kits, signage, and in-store and digital activations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and interested in learning how marketing strategies come to life across retail partners.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Wholesale Initiatives & Project Support
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager – Wholesale in coordinating key wholesale marketing initiatives and projects.
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, calendars, and status updates to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Help coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Creative, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to gather information and manage deliverables.
- Assist with preparing materials for weekly marketing and wholesale meetings, including agendas, presentations, recaps, and action items.
- Track upcoming wholesale marketing initiatives, promotions, launches, and seasonal priorities.
- Help organize and maintain marketing assets and files for wholesale partners.
- Support the execution of seasonal and evergreen marketing initiatives across wholesale partners.
- Assist with coordinating digital and in-store marketing assets, POS materials, signage, and display executions.
- Help prepare product, promotion, and assortment information for internal teams and retail partners.
- Support the development and updating of retailer presentations, sell-in materials, and marketing briefs.
- Assist with research and competitive monitoring across key beauty and retail partners.
- Assist with the coordination of exclusive kits, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Support sample management, product information gathering, and organization of packaging and kit materials.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Senior Marketing Manager – Wholesale and broader wholesale marketing team.
- Assist with ad hoc marketing projects and research as needed.
- Take initiative to identify opportunities to improve organization, processes, and team efficiency.
- Develop an understanding of L’Occitane’s brand, products, wholesale partners, and overall marketing strategy.

REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION
- BA / BSC in Marketing required / Masters preferred
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Interest in learning about wholesale, retail, and consumer marketing
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
