Position Overview:

As a Wholesale Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in strengthening Petite Plume’s relationships with our retail and off-price partners. You’ll be the connective tissue between our internal teams and external accounts—ensuring operational excellence, seamless product setup, and timely resolution of issues. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role suited for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You Will Do:
Retailer & Dropship Operations

  • Lead end-to-end setup and maintenance across all retail and dropship platforms (e.g., NuOrder, Mirakl, Spring Systems, DSCO, Shopify Collective, Fabric)
  • Manage product onboarding, including metadata, imagery, copy, UPCs, and RFID details
  • Proactively monitor retailer platforms to ensure product accuracy and visibility
  • Track and share customer reviews and site feedback to inform merchandising decisions

Account Support & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all major, mini-major, and any off-price retail partners
  • Resolve issues related to orders, data accuracy, or fulfillment delays swiftly and professionally
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience to investigate and address any service escalations

Internal Operations & System Management

  • Maintain up-to-date product information and seasonal linesheets within wholesale systems
  • Ensure B2B product uploads are complete for timely retailer onboarding
  • Work cross-functionally with teams across production, ops, creative, merchandising, and finance

Off-Price Channel Coordination

  • Support product assortments, pricing strategy, and execution with any off-price retailers
  • Manage POs, hard orders, routing, and invoicing processes in collaboration with the finance team

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years experience in retail operations, wholesale coordination, or e-commerce support
  • Hands-on experience with B2B or retailer platforms (NuOrder, Mirakl, DSCO, etc.)
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with product data systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with external and internal stakeholders
  • Experience working with any off-price retailers is a plus
