Requirements (What We’re Looking For)

  • Workday HCM Certification (REQUIRED)
  • 1+ Years HCM experience with a Workday partner (REQUIRED)
  • Experience implementing HCM configurations for customers of all sizes
  • Knowledge in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday HCM solutions according to customer requirements
     

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

  • Join our fast-growing Workday HCM team in providing clients with Workday designs, configuration, testing, implementations as well as recommending best practices related to client requests
  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, your project team and your Project Manager involved in changes or progress related to the project
  • Build professional relationships and outstanding customer support for your clients in a timely manner
