Workday Consultant – Strada Global (EMEA, Virtual)

Strada Global is currently seeking Workday Consultants to join our industry-leading Professional Services team. In this role, you will help deliver innovative, high-impact solutions to our clients. This is a home-based position with travel to client sites (up to 40%).

Your Impact as a Workday Integration Consultant

• Serve as a hands-on expert in Workday’s core integration technologies, including Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST). 

• Collaborate with clients to gather integration requirements and design, build, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable Workday integrations.

• Focus on delivering robust, secure, and efficient integrations that support HR and Financial business processes.

• Act as a technical reference point within the team, sharing best practices and mentoring junior consultants in traditional Workday integration tools and techniques.

• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring integration solutions align with business needs and technical standards.

• Apply Strada Global’s proven methodologies to deliver high-quality integration solutions across multiple concurrent projects.

• Stay current with Workday’s integration roadmap and enhancements, with a focus on deepening expertise in traditional integration frameworks.

• Contribute to the financial success of Strada Global by maintaining high client satisfaction and delivering exceptional service across multiple concurrent projects.

• Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in HR and finance, using this knowledge to influence client outcomes and project success.

Your Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience with Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.

• Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, XSD, and web service technologies.

• Experience deploying and supporting Workday integrations in a client-facing or consulting environment.

• Familiarity with HR and Financial systems integration, ideally within Workday. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a virtual team environment.

• Experience mentoring or training others in Workday integration is a plus.
