  • Set team goals and KPIs; manage performance, execution discipline, and career development.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Strategic Resource Planning

  • Own and execute the divisional workforce strategy, including full‑cycle staffing governance, labor budgeting, headcount planning, and multiyear location strategy.

  • Oversee all resource transactions (hiring, internal moves, vendor engagement changes), ensuring alignment with divisional and firm‑wide workforce objectives.

  • Shape and articulate the divisional headcount story—trends, drivers, risks, and forward outlook—to enable senior‑leader decision‑making.

  • Build and maintain divisional workforce plans integrating supply/demand outlooks, hiring pipelines, budget constraints, and organizational priorities.

  • Synthesize large, complex data sets into clear and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Executive Reporting, Storytelling & Senior‑Leader Engagement

  • Develop high‑quality executive‑ready reporting, dashboards/packets, and narratives for senior Technology leaders and Finance partners.

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc reporting cycles, including headcount, location, and labor cost reporting.

  • Deliver concise, insight‑driven presentations that help senior leaders understand workforce trends, constraints, and opportunities.

  • Translate complex data into compelling, intuitive stories that highlight key themes, risks, and decisions required.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure all resource transactions adhere to firm policies, approval frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain high data integrity; proactively identify, escalate, and remediate data discrepancies.

  • Support governance forums and workforce review cycles with clear materials, insights, and commentary.

Operational Excellence

  • Demonstrated experience engaging AI-enabled or automation-focused implementations.

  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation across reporting, forecasting, and workforce planning.

  • Develop consistent reporting frameworks that scale across regions and teams.

  • Respond to senior‑level ad‑hoc requests with clarity, speed, and analytical rigor.

  • Champion adoption of new planning tools, divisional dashboards, and reporting capabilities.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in workforce planning, resource management, business management, procurement, or program governance within financial services or technology.

  • Proven experience leading teams and driving cross‑functional planning or governance initiatives.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise reporting tools.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Deep understanding of labor budgeting, requisition governance, workforce strategy, and organizational planning.

  • Experience managing confidential and sensitive initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with divisional modeling, long‑term workforce planning, capacity management, or location strategy.

  • Demonstrated ability to craft executive‑ready narratives and reporting materials.
