Lead execution of Responsible Use of AI (RUAI) approvals and AI risk oversight. Coordinate cross-functional reviews, assess and document AI risks, improve governance tools/workflows, and escalate material issues to leadership. Engage use case owners, vendors, and control partners to ensure compliance with AI regulatory and control frameworks.

Lead Data Science for Group Disability product initiatives, owning AI and advanced analytics roadmaps, claims auto-adjudication, fraud and duration models, and claims triage. Manage a global analytics team, drive claims automation and processing improvements, partner with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions, and embed governance, MLOps, and scalable analytics to meet business and regulatory objectives.
