Leads enterprise business transformation engagements across Liberty Mutual Investments, designing target operating models, governance frameworks, business capabilities, processes, and organizational structures. Partners with senior leaders across investment, operations, finance, product, data, and technology; assesses public and private market investment operations; facilitates executive alignment; establishes KPIs and performance frameworks; and guides implementation. The role also advances AI-enabled delivery methods and applies industry insights to improve scalability, efficiency, and strategic execution.
