As a Behavioral Health Advocate, you will assist Medicaid enrollees in accessing community services, manage aftercare, and be the clinical liaison between health plan staff and providers, ensuring enrollees are stable in the community.

The Peer Support Specialist collaborates with clinical teams to assist consumers in recovery, coordinate care, and advocate for services. This includes using lived recovery experience to educate and support consumers and families while communicating effectively with community organizations and healthcare staff.
