As Director of Business Operations, you will strategically guide CPG customers in adopting software solutions, collaborate with product teams, and drive client success initiatives for optimal software ROI.

Serve as the bridge between customers, product, and market for deductions/disputes. Build processes, documentation, and playbooks; engage customers to gather needs and ensure product value; translate workflows into product opportunities; research market trends; and collaborate with the Product Lead to scope and execute features.

Own post-implementation success for a portfolio of CPG brands: drive net revenue retention via renewals, upsells, QBRs, health checks, troubleshoot product issues, and surface product feedback while partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing.
