Manage end-to-end success for a portfolio of non-enterprise healthcare customers: drive adoption, troubleshoot complex data and platform issues, run trainings and implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, develop customer roadmaps, and support renewals while ensuring data quality and security compliance.

Provide subject-matter expertise on risk adjustment, cost management, network optimization, and contract forecasting. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics, and customer teams to embed customer workflows into content, improve adoption, and measure training impact.
