Lead and grow MongoDB’s Customer Success program by recruiting, coaching, and developing customer success teams. Define analytical metrics, execute initiatives that improve retention, expansion, satisfaction, and product adoption, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product. Manage hiring plans, team performance, customer relationships, and quarterly and long-term goals in a hybrid New York City environment.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise MongoDB customers, advising on complex technical deployments, customer health, retention, revenue realization, and long-term advocacy. Develop account strategies, conduct business reviews, forecast outcomes, identify expansion opportunities, coordinate cross-functional resources, and influence product direction through customer insights. Build senior stakeholder relationships, maintain accurate internal systems, mentor peers, and support hiring and onboarding.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers as a trusted advisor to drive retention, revenue realization, and advocacy. Proactively assess deployment health, run business reviews, create success plans, coordinate internal teams, and surface customer insights to influence product and expansion opportunities.
