Manage a small portfolio of investment banking and advisory clients to increase platform adoption, support onboarding, monitor account health, and improve retention. Partner with senior customer success managers on high-priority accounts, create training materials and reports, gather customer feedback, educate users on Octus products and credit markets, and conduct proactive outreach through email, phone, and in-person meetings.

As an Account Manager, you will handle subscription renewals and account expansion for legal and advisory clients, focusing on high retention rates and enhancing client service through collaboration with product teams.

Customer Success Managers at Octus increase user adoption, retention rates, develop relationships, and support the wider team. They engage with law firms, investment banks, and advisory firms, ensuring smooth onboarding and enhancing customer experiences.

Support end-to-end trial and onboarding processes for Structured Finance Insights clients (CLO investors, asset managers). Assist with data integrations (Intex, Moody's, Kanerai), troubleshoot with Data & Workflow team, monitor usage, conduct client check-ins, document use cases, support renewals/expansions, and develop user guides and training materials.

Own end-to-end client onboarding for the LevPro platform, from scoping and kickoff through configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, training, and go-live. Translate client workflows into scalable system solutions, coordinate with internal and external technical teams, troubleshoot issues, document processes, and support long-term client relationships. The role partners with sales, data, customer success, product, engineering, and third parties while managing multiple implementations and improving implementation processes.

Provide Tier-1 client support for the Sky Road product suite: support and onboard trade workflows, templates, funds, permissions and application layouts; document workflows and permission models; escalate issues to development; coordinate with project managers for client onboarding and testing.
