Manage enterprise customer relationships, renewals, retention, product adoption, and account health. Serve as a trusted advisor, create success plans, provide strategic guidance and training, coordinate cross-functional support, gather product feedback, identify upsell opportunities, and conduct regular customer reviews. The role partners with account executives and onboarding teams and may require onsite customer engagement and international travel.

Manages people managers, recruits and develops talent, mitigates account risks, drives customer value and ROI, partners with Sales, Services, and Product, and improves processes, reporting, and customer lifecycle practices.
