Lead a team of 3–5 account managers to drive retention, adoption, and revenue growth for publisher and media customers. Build standardized account management processes, support executive client engagements, partner cross-functionally, and develop talent to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

Manage and optimize relationships with premium publisher partners for FreeWheel supply products. Troubleshoot deal delivery and performance across programmatic and IO-based deals, monitor live deals, provide weekly performance insights, document solutions, train partners, support cross-functional rollouts, and act as backup for Strategic Relationship Owner.
