The Vet Clinic Retention Associate engages with veterinary professionals to strengthen relationships, handle concerns, and enhance user engagement with Vetcove's platform through outreach and education efforts.

Lead and grow a customer support team to deliver excellent multichannel CX. Own onboarding, training, performance measurement, process optimization, cross-functional feedback to product and partners, and vendor coordination to scale support operations.

Serve as primary client contact and strategic advisor for veterinary accounts. Host meetings, track action items, manage catalog updates and campaigns, deliver performance analyses and presentations, coordinate with product/engineering and onboarding, and nurture corporate relationships to drive loyalty and platform adoption.

Support Senior Account Manager in managing large partner relationships and SMB accounts. Project-manage marketing campaign execution, generate and analyze campaign reporting, provide optimization recommendations, onboard and educate clients, collaborate with data scientists and internal stakeholders, and deliver business reviews to demonstrate value.
