Serve as a technical relationship manager for Aladdin clients: drive product adoption, map product vision to client strategy, provide consultative support, gather and communicate product feedback, manage cross-functional projects, monitor industry/regulatory trends, and coach junior team members to ensure successful client outcomes.

Build and deepen institutional client relationships for BlackRock’s Aladdin platform. Translate investment, operational, and technology challenges into platform solutions; coordinate Product, Engineering, Financial Modeling, and Sales teams; support solution design, testing, rollout, adoption, and reporting workflows. Advise clients on market, regulatory, and investment-process trends, communicate product feedback, and serve as a workflow subject matter expert across trading, risk, operations, and reporting.

Serve as a strategic relationship manager for Aladdin clients: build executive relationships, drive product adoption and commercial outcomes (renewals, upsell), coordinate cross-functional BlackRock teams to deliver enterprise solutions, provide client feedback to Product, and act as a trusted advisor on investment, risk, and operational workflows.

Serve as a technical relationship manager for Aladdin clients: own client relationships, drive Aladdin adoption and product/value mapping, advise senior stakeholders, surface client feedback to product teams, execute cross-functional projects, monitor regulatory/industry trends, identify risks/opportunities, and coach junior team members.

Serve as a consultative private‑markets data expert advising clients on Preqin data and integrated workflows. Drive product adoption, support onboarding and renewals, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with Client Engagement, Product, Data, and Engineering to resolve issues, and streamline processes to improve client experience.
