Lead property onboarding, training, engagement, and ongoing relationship management across Bilt’s property management alliance network. Manage onboarding trackers, launch preparations, training programs, partner communications, member-service escalations, Q&A sessions, and portfolio operations. Serve as an operational leader for property management site teams, attend industry events, and conduct partner visits. The role requires strong property management, CRM, project management, communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills, with 25–30% travel.

Own technical relationships with enterprise and retail partners from integration scoping through launch and post-launch support. Coordinate product, engineering, payment device, and processor teams; troubleshoot production issues; manage escalations; validate integrations using SQL and Postman; document requirements, bugs, test plans, and training materials; and translate partner feedback into product roadmap input.
