Lead development and governance of enterprise cybersecurity policies, standards, baselines, and control library. Manage policy lifecycle, control mapping to industry frameworks, governance reporting, KPIs, audits, remediation tracking, and stakeholder engagement. Partner with legal, privacy, risk, quality, and business teams and mentor governance staff to strengthen control design and cyber risk management across the organization.

Lead Pfizer's global cyber defense strategy and operations, including 24x7 SOC, incident response, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, network and cloud security, and security architecture. Oversee budgets, modernize legacy systems, drive cross-functional programs, mentor teams, and advise senior leadership on cyber risk and readiness. Ensure proactive detection, prioritized remediation, and alignment of security controls with enterprise risk tolerance.
