Lead and scale a high-performing, conceptually driven design team across brand, motion, and multi-disciplinary creative. Set and enforce a clear quality bar, build design systems and scalable processes, partner with strategy and cross-functional leaders, mentor emerging leaders, oversee visual identity across channels, and manage vendors and production while occasionally contributing hands-on when strategic input is required.
