Lead Datadog’s DRUIDS design systems team, setting strategy, roadmap, ownership, and quality standards. Lead end-to-end product design for APM and observability workflows: partner with PMs and engineers, prototype and validate solutions (including AI-assisted and code-aware tooling), conduct research, mentor designers, and influence cross-functional product strategy to improve debugging, instrumentation, and performance investigation for complex distributed systems.

Lead and execute a new visual direction for a complex, data-dense product. Translate visual principles into hierarchy, layout, navigation, interaction, and system patterns. Prototype, test, and refine patterns, partner with Product Design, Design Systems, and Engineering to systemize and implement them.
