Lead research strategy and execution across Expedia Group’s Partner Tools portfolio, including hotel and vacation rental tools, APIs, advertising, and AI-powered experiences. Manage and develop a senior research team while conducting hands-on qualitative and quantitative research. Partner with product, design, engineering, and data science teams to translate partner insights into strategic decisions, establish scalable research frameworks, and evaluate emerging AI and agentic product experiences.

Own end-to-end product design for Membership and Identity experiences across Expedia Group brands. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers to translate research and data into accessible, scalable web and mobile experiences. Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; contribute to strategy and design systems; facilitate workshops and critiques; mentor designers; and explore AI-enabled experiences.
