Lead administration, stabilization, and remediation of large enterprise Microsoft SQL Server environments. Design and execute phased migrations to AWS, implement HA/DR (Always On, clustering), optimize performance, automate tasks (PowerShell, T-SQL, IaC, CI/CD), monitor observability, manage backups/replication, and collaborate across engineering, DevOps, and security teams.

Design, build, and operate reliable infrastructure and observability tooling across the stack. Own IaC, incident response, monitoring, cost optimization, and production systems. Mentor engineers, participate in on-call rotations, run postmortems, and drive reliability and operational excellence for a high-volume platform.

Lead technical discovery and design of hybrid and multi-cloud architectures, align solutions to business outcomes, support sales throughout the cycle, ensure security/compliance, design networking/connectivity, and coordinate public cloud specialists for deeper scoping.
