Lead design and implementation of developer tooling (SDKs, CLI, workflows), set API governance and technical standards, advocate developer experience across product teams, run community events and livestreams, and deliver high-impact cross-team SDK and platform initiatives to improve reliability, performance, and developer adoption.

Lead a CI/CD/IDP engineering team to improve release velocity, security, and compliance. Own Secure SDLC, software supply chain controls, GitOps-driven pipelines, developer self-service, pipeline performance/FinOps, and alignment with audits (FedRAMP/SOC 2). Mentor engineers, set roadmap, and deliver audit-ready release processes at scale.

Lead design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions, provide technical leadership on implementations and integrations, enforce development best practices, manage data modeling and migrations, optimize platform performance, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor developers to ensure secure, maintainable Salesforce architecture.
