Maintain and optimize SaaS production and demo environments, respond to and resolve incidents, manage Jira-based incident workflows, use Dynatrace and observability tools for troubleshooting, automate operational tasks, enforce security best practices, document runbooks in Confluence, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate cross-team to improve reliability and performance.

Design, build, and maintain Airflow-based automation pipelines and services to move files, run scheduled FTP jobs, validate and modify data, monitor application health, parse logs/emails, implement robust error handling and observability, and integrate API-driven systems to reduce manual operational work.
