Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and enhancements focused on Payroll and Time & Labor. Gather requirements, design solutions, configure the application, develop Fast Formulas/HCM Extracts/reports, build integrations, provide testing and production support, and collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors for deployment and continuous improvement.

Lead architecture, modernization, and development of Group Insurance applications. Modernize mainframe monoliths into Java microservices and micro-frontends on cloud, mentor distributed Agile teams, collaborate with enterprise architecture, product owners and infrastructure, and enable test automation and integrations. Approximately 10% domestic travel.
