Leads enterprise architecture for Pfizer’s patient services platforms, including data models, integrations, Salesforce ecosystems, governance, compliance, and AI-enabled patient and HCP experiences. Provides technical direction, architecture standards, impact assessments, and oversight for delivery teams. Partners with enterprise technology, security, legal, privacy, quality, and business teams to reduce technical debt and develop scalable capabilities supporting enrollment, benefits verification, prior authorization, assistance programs, specialty pharmacy, adherence, and case management.
