Lead and grow a multi-platform engineering team (iOS, Android, Web, backend). Shape technical direction, set quality standards, partner with Product and Design to align roadmap to outcomes, drive predictable delivery, hire and onboard engineers, and promote engineering culture and cross-team initiatives while developing team members and managers.

Lead architecture and hands-on development of the end-to-end video pipeline (live ingest, transcoding, storage, playback, and developer SDKs). Mentor engineers, collaborate across mobile/web/ML/platform teams, own monitoring and on-call support, and help scale video streaming and VoD capabilities for millions of streams and clips.
