Own the employee experience lifecycle, beginning with onboarding and extending through internal communications, company events, team gatherings, and workplace programs. Lead onboarding redesign, cohort communities, measurement, all-hands storytelling, Slack communication norms, company kickoff planning, QBR support, colo standardization, NYC office buildout, office coordinators, and in-office engagement. Build repeatable systems, use AI and automation, manage partners, and create memorable employee experiences.

Own and scale recruiting infrastructure, including the ATS, sourcing, scheduling, assessment tools, workflows, integrations, analytics, and automation. Build trusted recruiting dashboards and forecasting processes, improve data hygiene, lead AI and workflow experiments, and establish operating rhythms. Partner with Finance, People, Data, recruiters, and hiring managers on headcount planning and adoption. Lead interviewer training and structured interview programs while protecting candidate experience through strong communication, scheduling, and feedback processes.

Lead top-of-funnel technical sourcing for engineering, AI, infra, product, and design roles using AI-driven tools and automation. Build repeatable pipelines, map talent pools, design personalized AI-assisted outreach, A/B test messaging, track conversion metrics, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate searches.
