As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, partner with teams to understand needs, and enhance candidate experience, while using AI tools for efficiency.

Design and build the talent intelligence layer: orchestration, automations, AI agents, and integrations across the recruiting stack to surface and prioritize candidates. Develop pipeline analytics, dashboards, warm-intro tooling, and feedback loops tying post-hire performance back into sourcing criteria. Enable recruiters to focus on relationships by automating repeatable work and compounding hiring signal across tools.
