Own end-to-end recruiting for Sales roles, beginning with Enterprise Account Executives and expanding across the revenue organization. Drive outbound sourcing, candidate engagement, calibration, interviews, stakeholder alignment, and closing. Improve recruiting funnels, reporting, tooling, and interview processes while partnering closely with sales leaders and executives. After ramping, support Customer Success and Implementation hiring and help build the company’s broader revenue recruiting engine.

Own People Operations execution, including offer paperwork, onboarding, new-hire coordination, immigration and visa processes, employee records, HR workflows, and process improvements. The role partners with recruiting and leadership, manages sensitive information, and will eventually oversee performance management processes and manager enablement. Success requires strong organization, communication, autonomy, discretion, and comfort working in a rapidly scaling startup.
