Supports Coinbase’s Learning team by creating AI-assisted learning content, coordinating instructor-led sessions and L&D offsites, prototyping adaptive learning experiences, analyzing engagement data, and maintaining program documentation and communications. The 12-week summer internship combines instructional design, program coordination, generative AI, and data-informed improvement of employee learning programs.

Supports the Acceleration Programs team through program design, project planning, logistics, feedback analysis, and process documentation. Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategy, manage recruiting operations and capacity, analyze pipeline data to remove bottlenecks, and drive process improvements and a high-performance team culture.

Lead full-lifecycle recruiting for complex, senior-level roles across G&A functions. Source and build pipelines, partner with senior leaders, use data and analytics to improve hiring velocity, and design scalable recruiting processes across global markets.

Serve as Chief of Staff to the CHRO, managing the People leadership operating cadence, leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, crafting executive communications, resolving issues proactively, and representing CHRO priorities across the organization.

Design and implement selection and assessment programs, build evaluation frameworks and interviewer enablement, lead cross-functional execution, drive change management and adoption, partner with People Analytics to measure effectiveness, and pilot assessment tools to continuously improve hiring quality across the company.

Own full-lifecycle recruiting for G&A, Customer Experience, EAA, and IT; source and build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, use data and analytics to improve hiring velocity, and help scale recruiting processes across global markets.

Partner with functional leaders to translate business strategy into people strategy. Own org design, performance management, compensation, talent development, engagement, and retention. Provide coaching on career pathing, change management, and sensitive employee issues. Use people data to generate insights and recommendations, build compliant HR policies, manage global employee relations, and collaborate with People Team COEs to deliver cohesive people programs at scale.
