The Payroll & Equity Associate will manage payroll operations, equity compensation processing, and support HR and financial functions for over 3,000 employees, ensuring compliance and accurate data management.

Serve as a senior HR and Employee Relations partner, leading complex global ER investigations, advising senior leaders on org design, talent, change management, performance and compensation. Coach managers and HRBPs, design people programs and policies, and integrate people data and AI-driven tools to improve employee experience and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
