Own full-cycle recruiting across Marketing, Sales, Strategy, G&A, and Customer Experience. Design multi-channel sourcing, build AI-powered recruiting workflows to automate sourcing/outreach/pipeline tracking, partner with hiring managers using data to influence decisions, and manage offer and negotiation processes while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.

Lead People and Talent operations projects: build HR data/reporting and dashboards, design AI-powered HR workflows, own recognition and comp frameworks, improve HR systems and processes, advise on complex employee issues, and manage compensation modeling and pay equity analysis.

Serve as the HR business partner for Marketing, CX, Data, and G&A teams: manage performance and employee relations cases, coach managers, run workshops, use people data and AI to identify risks and inform org design, and contribute to People team initiatives while scaling HR practices.
