Owns cross-functional People and Talent Operations initiatives spanning people analytics, AI workflow automation, HR systems, employee recognition, compensation infrastructure, process design, and employee support. Builds dashboards and workforce narratives, develops compensation frameworks and pay equity analyses, improves onboarding and operational processes, and independently resolves complex employee questions involving benefits, immigration, payroll, and leave.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Engineering, Product, and Design roles. Source active and passive candidates, build alumni, referral, campus, and event pipelines, organize recruiting events, create AI-powered sourcing workflows, screen technical candidates, manage early interview stages, and coordinate closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

Own day-to-day HR partnership for Marketing, Customer Experience, Data, and G&A teams. Manage performance and employee relations cases, coach managers, lead workshops, advise on organizational design, analyze people trends, identify organizational risks, and contribute to talent reviews and broader People initiatives. Use AI to streamline workflows and support people analytics, engagement insights, and workforce planning.
